SN850788 copythe radio control oar mechanism on my scratch built model of a roman warship. the mechanism is only part way done, i still need to build the port side oar mechanism, and the oars (dowels are standing in for now) it took me a year to build the model, and i have been working on the mechanism off and on for two years, but this looks like it will work. lots of detail work yet do, technical assistance from blair linsey, jeff davis, action hobbies clarksville tn and the good folks @ shipmodel builders yahoo groups, model ship world.com, and drydock models.com.. thanks to the hunts for the willow fro the hand rails, the beer and the hockey playoffs. i didn’t know anything about r/c or ship building when i started this project, and i want to thank everyone for their help and patience. most of all i want to thank my wife for putting up with the sawdust, metal shavings, and for the troble caused by living with a lunatic. no pixels were harmed in the production of this film. bill nelson clarksville tn...
