Germany´s most popular Drum and Bass Event returns to the South of Germany and this time it will be bigger and stronger than ever before.

Besides residencies and guest performances at the Capitol in Hannover, the Maimarkthalle Mannheim, the Cocoon Club and the U60311 in Frankfurt and the Rohstofflager in Zurich, we still got an ace up our sleeve which is ready to be presented now:

For the first time we will celebrate the Kings of the Jungle Open Air and it will be an European happening for the first time, too. By connecting Germany France and Switzerland, we join forces and create an international flair: Kings of the Jungle The European Summer Festival is born.

We have been searching for the perfect location for a long time. Finally, we found the Super-Club, the Universal D.O.G in Lahr. At the foot of the wonderful black forest, the D.O.G is the crowd puller of Southern Germany. Thousands of international Party-People celebrate wicked Parties in the holy halls every weekend.

A gigantic Open Air Floor with original Caribbean flair (artificial sand beach included) plus 3 massive Dance-Floors, every single floor equipped with high-standard sound-, light- and video-technique the perfect place for an outstanding summer happening which will not only please the fans of the broken beats.

More than 40 international Artists of the mother country England, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and France present a wide spectrum of Drum and Bass, Breakbeats, Oldschool, Jungle and Happy Hardcore. The location´s all over capacity of more than 4000 persons invites everyone to dance, chill or to just have fun.


We give the go-ahead on the 19th July, 20.00 h and YOU decide the closing hour. Stay as long as you want to stay we plan to celebrate about 20 hours non-stop. Refreshments will be served via various drink and food bars, of course.

The impressive Line-Up is dealing with the Who is Who of the scene. Long-time stars like Aphrodite, Mampi Swift, Nicky Blackmarket or Adam F are meeting wild Youngbloods like Spor, Danny Byrd or Phace. The hosts of the night are an all-over invasion of the leading national and international MCs.
A superlative happening which will unify the international Drum and Bass scene on the 19th July in Lahr at the Universal D.O.G.

The Universal D.O.G is one of the most exclusive large capacity Clubs in South-Germany. It is only 20 Minutes away from Strasbourg (France) and Freiburg and about 40 Minutes from Switzerland. Every weekend, top Artists like Sven Väth, Laurend Garnier, DJ Hell, Lil John, Samy Deluxe, The Disco Boys or Method Man & Redman are sharing the stage with one another and thousands of Party-People are freaking out on the 4 massive Dance-Floors.

The train station in Lahr is just about 10 to 15 minutes away from the Universal D.O.G. There you will find, for example, Europes´ biggest rollercoaster, the Silver Star and an awful lot of other wild attractions. The Europa Park is only about 15 Km from Lahr.
